So many small business owners think that because their products are simple, it means their products aren't good enough.

And if you're like me, then chances are you may have had someone straight up tell you that they could "just make it themselves"... so you shy away from promoting and talking about your products, because you think they are too simple...and deep down you might feel like a fraud selling such a "simple" product.

But this is one biggest fears that small business owners have to overcome. And if you don't realize the VALUE your products bring.. then you'll be stuck in the same spot I was. Scared to talk about your products. Scared to hear people's reaction...and how likely is your business to grow with this mindset?

Clear & effective communication!

Great podcast from Monica Little! She talks about the power of integrity, changing your mind-set to get stuff done and being accountable (both personally & professionally). The podcast is geared towards small business owners, but really so much of what Monica explains can be applied to various parts of anyone's life. She articulates so accurately many of the thoughts I have about the challenges of being a small business owner. It's reassuring & comforting to hear Monica break it all down in a comprehensive way in order to overcome the struggles. My favorite take-aways were how she explained that believing in yourself = FREEDOM and "how you do one thing is how you do everything".
